If you purchase on our website or in-store and complete the return procedure within one week after the product is shipped, we will accept the return of the product and a full refund. (Example: Product will be shipped on April 1st. If you wish to return the product, please complete the return procedure by April 8th.)

When returning the product, please return all accessories and delivery notes. please. After receiving the product, we will process the refund.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

1.If you use the product.

2.If the size has been repaired or replaced once.

3.Products that have been damaged (including scratches).

4.If accessories (guarantee card, jewelry case, delivery note, etc.) are damaged, lost, or discarded.

5.Semi-custom products (design and ring size) and custom-made products with engravings.

6.If more than one week has passed since the product was shipped.

7.If the purchaser is not the person who purchased the item (however, if it is a gift, please do not worry as we will be eligible for a return or exchange if you provide the name of the purchaser).

■Step 1. Please use the contact form or LINE to enter your name and the phone number you used when placing your order.

If you purchased at a directly managed store and have a guarantee card, please write the Order #, Product #, and Shipping Date listed on the back.

For customers who purchased by bank transfer, please enter the bank name/branch name/account number of the refund destination.

Please note that we cannot refund if the name of the orderer is different from the name of the orderer.

■Step 2. Returns
After confirming your email, we will contact you with the return address and method, so please return all accessories and delivery notes within the deadline.

Please note that unless the return is due to our company, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

■Step 3. Refund After checking the returned product, if there are no problems, we will process the refund.

・For bank transfer: After checking the product and if there are no problems, we will process the refund to your designated account within 2 business days.

・If using a credit card: After checking the product, if there is no problem, we will process the refund to the credit card company you used on that day.

Refund timing varies depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.

All orders are packaged in a way that can be used as a gift. However, a shopping bag for delivery is not included, so if you would like one, please write so in the notes on the cart page when placing your order. You can also contact us separately after placing your order.



We deliver our products to all over the world with free shipping, so please feel free to order. *Customers may be required to pay customs duties separately.


Some of the gold/silver used in GYPPHY is purchased through fair trade from mines that exclude poor working conditions and do not involve child labor.


All moissanite used in GYPPHY is a secondary use of industrial products made of the same material (SiC). Because it is recycled, it is possible to manufacture it using as little electrical energy as possible.
