If you purchase from the website or GYPPHY store and complete the return procedure within one week after the product is shipped, we will accept the return of the product and a full refund.(Example: Product will be shipped on April 1st. If you wish to return the product, please complete the return procedure by April 8th.)

When returning the product, please return all accessories and delivery notes. pleaseAfter receiving the product, we will process the refund.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  1. When using the product
  2. If the size has been repaired or replaced once
  3. Products that have been damaged (including scratches)
  4. If accessories (guarantee card, jewelry case, delivery note, etc.) are damaged, lost, or discarded.
  5. Semi-order products (design and ring size) and special orders with engravings
  6. If more than one week has passed since the product was shipped
  7. If the purchaser is not the purchaser (however, if it is a gift, please do not worry as we will be eligible for a return or exchange if you provide the purchaser's name)
  8. If you use a coupon other than the Line friend addition campaign
  9. Products purchased from places other than our store, such as flea market sites
  10. Orders from overseas
  11. When purchasing at a POPUP STORE held at a grocery store, etc.
  12. Collaboration products and limited edition products


Also, the following products are usually completely made to order products and are therefore not eligible for return.
・Bridal rings in general
・Platinum material and pink gold (K10/K18) material
・Rings with increased price due to size increase
*However, returns are possible if the item is in stock.Made-to-order products cannot be returned.
*Please note that unless the return is due to our company, shipping and transfer fees (in the case of bank transfer) will be borne by the customer.

Please note that orders that have been officially accepted cannot be canceled even before they are shipped.

■Procedure
1. Please contact us via the inquiry form or LINE with your customer name and phone number.


For customers who purchased at a store or POPUP, please write the Order #, Product #, and Shipping Date listed on the back of the guarantee card you received.


For customers who purchased by bank transfer, please enter the bank name/branch name/account number where the refund will be made.
*Please note that we cannot refund if the name of the orderer is different from the name of the orderer.

2. After confirming your email, we will contact you with the return address and method, so please return all accessories and delivery notes within the deadline.Please note that unless the return is due to our company, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund After checking the returned product, if there are no problems, we will process the refund.

■For bank transfer: After checking the product, if there are no problems, we will process the refund to your designated account within 2 business days.
■If using a credit card: After checking the product, if there is no problem, we will process the refund to the credit card company you used on the day.

Refund timing varies depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.

*Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our company's reasons.
