Request to reset password due to site renewal

The GYPPHY online store has been renewed on February 14, 2020 to improve our services.

Due to the renewal, from a security perspective, we have reset the passwords of customers who registered as members at the old online store.

Please reset your password using the email sent on February 14th (Subject: [Important] Request for password reset | GYPPHY).

*If you do not receive the email

Please double check that the email has not been lost in the "Trash" or "Spam folder". If you still cannot receive it, please contact GYPPHY Customer Service .

 

1. Click the "Reset password" button in the body of the email.

 

2. Enter your new password and click the Activate Account button.

 

3. You will be redirected to my page. The password reset is now complete.
