Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 in Japanese Yen. For orders below that amount, shipping is ¥4,400.

*Customs duties, if incurred, will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you purchased the product through our website or in-store and complete the return process within one week of the product being shipped, we will accept returns and provide a full refund. (Example: If the product was shipped on April 1st and you wish to return it, please complete the return process by April 8th.)

When returning an item, please include all accessories and the delivery slip. We will process your refund after receiving the returned item.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

1. If you have used the product.

2. If the item has been repaired or replaced once to change the size.

3. Damaged goods (including scratches).

4. If any accessories (such as the guarantee card, jewelry case, or delivery slip) are damaged, lost, or discarded.

5. Semi-custom products (design and ring size) and bespoke items with engravings.

6. If more than one week has passed since the product was shipped.

7. If the person making the purchase is not the original purchaser (however, if it is a gift, please rest assured that it will be eligible for return or exchange if you provide the purchaser's name and phone number).

8. If you use a coupon other than the Line Friend Add Campaign coupon.

9. Items purchased from sources other than our store, such as flea market websites.

*However, items in stock can be returned. Made-to-order items cannot be returned.

*Please note that unless the return is due to our fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and bank transfer fees (in the case of bank transfers).Please note that orders that have been officially accepted cannot be canceled, even before shipment.

■Step 1. Contact Us Please include your name and the phone number you used when placing your order via the inquiry form or LINE.

If you purchased your item at a directly managed store and have a guarantee card, please fill in the Order #, Product #, and Shipping Date printed on the back of the card.

For customers who paid by bank transfer, please provide the bank name, branch name, and account number for your refund.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the name on the order does not match the name on the order.

■Step 2. Return
After receiving your email, we will contact you with the return address and return instructions. Please return all accessories and the delivery slip within the specified timeframe.

Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

■Step 3. Refund After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund if there are no issues.

・For bank transfers: After we confirm the product and there are no problems, we will process the refund to your designated account within 2 business days.

・If you paid by credit card: After we have checked the product and there are no problems, we will process a refund to your credit card company on the same day.

The timing of your refund varies depending on your credit card company, so please contact your credit card company for details.

All orders are packaged in gift-ready packaging.
