The dates below reproduce an existing Christmas delivery notice. No year is specified, so they should not be treated as confirmed deadlines or delivery guarantees for current orders. Please contact us before ordering a Christmas gift to confirm the latest schedule.

For current orders, in-stock items ship within 3 business days, and made-to-order items generally ship within 3–5 weeks. We do not dispatch orders on Mondays. International orders include free UPS shipping; international transit and customs clearance require additional time.

Japan delivery dates stated in the original notice

In-stock items: orders placed by 3 p.m. on December 22 were scheduled to ship that day for arrival on December 23.

Made-to-order items: orders placed by 4 p.m. on December 5 were scheduled to ship on December 22 for arrival on December 23.

The notice allowed two days for delivery to Okinawa, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Hiroshima and Yamaguchi, with December 24 arrival for orders dispatched on December 22.

International delivery dates stated in the original notice

In-stock items: orders placed by 1 p.m. on December 19 were scheduled to ship by UPS on December 20.

Made-to-order items: orders placed by November 30 were scheduled to ship by UPS on December 20.

The original notice estimated international delivery at approximately 2–4 days after dispatch. That estimate does not guarantee transit times or arrival dates for current orders.
