Our spacious Shinsaibashi store lets you browse at your own pace. A sofa area allows you and your companions to sit comfortably while taking your time over the pieces that interest you.
Families and visitors with strollers are welcome. Restrooms are available in the Osaka Norin Kaikan building, so you can feel comfortable visiting with young children.

In general, you can view the items listed in our online store, including rings, necklaces, earrings, ear cuffs and bracelets.
Try on our popular full eternity and half eternity rings to compare how moissanite size and metal color change their appearance. An in-store visit lets you appreciate the sparkle and proportions that photographs cannot fully convey.

Not every bridal ring is always on display at Shinsaibashi. If an item is unavailable here but in stock at our Jiyugaoka flagship store, we may be able to arrange a transfer. Before visiting, please tell us the product name, item number, material, color and size. We will check availability and advise you.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we can measure it in store. Rings with the same stated size can feel different depending on their width and design, so the size we recommend may vary.
Our staff will ask about your preferences and how you usually wear your jewelry to help you find a comfortable fit. Feel free to ask about stacking with a ring you already own or comparing which widths best suit your hand.
Repairs and after-sales service in store
GYPPHY offers repairs and maintenance so you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come. Within one year of purchase, you can receive one complimentary after-sales service for one issue covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires, paid repairs are available depending on the work needed. We will inspect the piece and provide an estimate.
Please feel free to bring any GYPPHY piece that needs repair to our Shinsaibashi store.
For paid repairs, preparing an estimate may take some time. If more than a year has passed since purchase, contacting customer service before your visit can help the process go smoothly.
We do not repair items from other brands.

Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Exit 2 of Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line
After reaching street level from Exit 2 of Shinsaibashi Station, walk north along Midosuji. Turn right at the second corner and continue east. Osaka Norin Kaikan is on your left at the third intersection.
Turn left at that intersection to find the main entrance immediately ahead. Enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor. Follow the corridor; GYPPHY Shinsaibashi is opposite the fire extinguisher.
