International shipping

We ship international orders via UPS. Shipping is free worldwide on orders of JPY 10,000 or more. For international orders below JPY 10,000, the shipping fee is JPY 4,400. Any customs duties or import charges are the customer's responsibility.

When will my order ship?

• In-stock items: dispatched within 3 business days.
• Made-to-order items: dispatched in 3–5 weeks.
• Items with engraving: dispatched in 3–5 weeks.

We do not dispatch orders on Mondays. These timeframes refer to dispatch, not delivery. International transit and customs clearance require additional time.

Jewelry materials

9K gold

9K gold contains 37.5% pure gold and has a long tradition in British jewelry. Compared with 18K gold, it is approximately 20% lighter and generally harder. Its higher proportion of other metals means extra care is needed to avoid discoloration, particularly around hot springs or seawater. Please also consider the alloy composition if you are sensitive to metals.

18K gold

18K gold contains 75% pure gold and is widely used in Japanese fine jewelry. It has a substantial feel and is generally more resistant to discoloration than 9K gold, although discoloration can still occur. It is softer than 9K gold and can be more susceptible to scratches. Metal sensitivities vary by person; a higher gold content does not guarantee that an alloy will suit everyone.

Pt950 platinum

Pt950 contains 95% platinum and is widely used in fine jewelry and bridal rings. For comparison, Pt900 contains 90% platinum. Platinum is valued for its durability, and Pt950 has a greater density and weight than 18K gold. As with any alloy, individual sensitivity to its constituent metals can vary.
