Chairs are available at the counter, allowing you to sit comfortably while comparing rings or taking your time over wedding and engagement rings. Our staff are happy to help, and you are equally welcome to begin by browsing on your own.

Repairs and after-sales service in store
GYPPHY offers repairs and maintenance so you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come. Within one year of purchase, you can receive one complimentary after-sales service for one issue covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires, paid repairs are available depending on the work needed. We will inspect the piece and provide an estimate.
Repairs usually take about 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your piece. After the repair, you can collect it in store or arrange to have it shipped back.
Please feel free to bring any GYPPHY piece that needs repair to our Jiyugaoka flagship store.

Approximately 5 minutes on foot from the Main or North Exit of Jiyugaoka Station on the Tokyu Toyoko and Oimachi lines
Leave Jiyugaoka Station through the Main Exit and turn right immediately. Walk straight along the street between Jiyugaoka Muse Square and Jiyugaoka Department Store. Continue along the same road after passing through Hikarigai. Look for the yellow exterior of GYPPHY Jiyugaoka; Kawaijuku is across the street.
