A ring sizer can help you find the right fit. Follow these tips to measure your finger comfortably and accurately. All sizes mentioned below use the Japanese ring-size system.
Tips for measuring your ring size
- A ring sizer with several rings attached can be heavy. Rest it on a table or support it in your palm while measuring, so the weight does not pull on the ring you are trying.
- Check how the ring feels when you make a fist, as well as when your hand is relaxed.
- Choose a size that passes over your knuckle with slight resistance. A ring that slides off too easily may be more likely to slip off and become lost.
- Your finger size can vary by one or two Japanese sizes depending on the season, time of day and changes in swelling. If possible, measure on different days and at different times.
- Wide bands, including some silver rings, cover more of your finger and can feel tighter than narrow bands. You may need one or two Japanese sizes larger than your ring-sizer measurement. Please follow the specific sizing advice on each product page.
- You can request half sizes in the Japanese sizing system. For example, if size 8 feels too tight and size 9 feels too loose, you may prefer size 8.5. Choose the nearest available size when ordering and enter your requested size in the order note, or contact customer service immediately after placing your order.
Aftercare and resizing
Eligible rings can be resized once free of charge, by up to two Japanese sizes larger or smaller, within one year of purchase. If the fit changes or you have any concerns, please contact customer service. Some designs cannot be resized; check the details on the relevant product page.
