■Store
・Tokyo Jiyugaoka store: Closed only on December 29th and January 1st-3rd (4 days).
*Business hours on December 30th and 31st will be from 11:00 to 17:00.
- Grand Front Osaka store: Closed only on January 1st.
*On December 31st, hours will be from 11:00 to 18:00.

■ Online/Shipping
We accept online orders 24 hours a day. We ship orders regularly, except during our Tokyo store's closing period, so if you place your order on a business day, we will ship it to you.

■Inquiry response
We will respond to inquiries via email/LINE between 11:00 and 19:00 even during our closing period (please note that there may be a delay in our response).We apologize for any inconvenience and disruption this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
