Jiyugaoka Main Store
December 28th (Sunday): Regular business hours
・December 29th (Mon) - January 3rd (Sat): Closed
・Normal business operations will resume from Sunday, January 4th.

Grand Front Osaka Store
December 30th (Tuesday): Regular business hours
・Wednesday, December 31st: Closing time 6 PM
January 1st (Thursday): Closed
・Normal business operations will resume from January 2nd (Friday).

■ About product shipping

Last shipping date of the year: December 28th (Sunday)
*For items in stock, orders placed before 3 PM will be shipped the same day.

New year shipping restart date
Immediately available items: Shipping will begin sequentially from January 4th (Sunday).
Made-to-order items: Shipping will begin sequentially from January 6th (Tuesday).

We are accepting orders through our online store as usual during the closure period,
Shipping and customer inquiries will be handled sequentially after our business resumes in the new year.

■ Customer Service

We will be closed from December 29th to January 5th.
We will respond to inquiries received during this period starting from January 6th.
